Returns

You have 14 days from delivery date to return your order. Only items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned. Please provide your order number and reason for your return/exchange. To return or exchange an item, please email us at We don’t accept returns of custom size orders.

The customer may choose their preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as Ohmy fashion is not responsible for lost packages. Please note, that all return/exchange shipment costs are not refunded and will be at the buyer’s expense.
